Harford Artists display their two and three dimensional artwork in the spirit of Starving Artists at this exhibit; all artwork is priced below $200! The gallery features a wide selection of original artwork ranging from oil, watercolor, photography, pottery, glasswork, gourds, jewelry, tiles and scarves to name just a few.
