The Harford Artists' Association, Inc. (HAA) is supported by a grant from the Maryland State Arts Council and the Harford County government through the Harford County Cultural Arts Board. It is also supported by the Town of Bel Air as a basis for the town's designation as an "Arts and Entertainment District."
