Saturday, June 7, 2008 - Pastel Workshop

Eleanor Mulholland will hold a pastels workshop from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of historic Tudor Hall. This will be held outdoors, en plein air, weather permitting, and indoors, if not. Eleanor is an experienced pastellist and you will receive expert advice about painting in pastels, whether you are a beginner or a more advanced artist. You will need to bring soft pastels, (NOT oil pastels), an old towel or cloth, a paper stomp, pastel paper or board, a lightweight easel, lunch and a lawn chair; as well as a hat and sun lotion as needed. The fee for the day is $30.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members. Please fill out the form at the end of the April Sketchpad and return it to Barbara Kirchner.
